Neal Bloom

Neal Bloom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Neal serves as Managing Partner at Interlock Capital, focusing on leveraging a diverse network to identify and support high-potential companies. As CEO of Rising Tide Partners, Neal provides strategic consulting to various organizations to enhance their outreach efforts. In addition, Neal contributes as a Board Member for Upcycle and Company, represents NuFund Venture Group, and founded Fresh Brewed Tech, which fosters innovation through community engagement. Previous roles include Strategic Marketing Manager at Hired, Co-Founder and Board Director at Portfolium, Systems Engineer/Product Manager at Aerojet Rocketdyne, and Mechanical Engineer Intern at BAE Systems. Neal holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
