Matthew Wertheimer

Matthew Wertheimer has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Matthew is currently working as a Lead IT Engineer at Updater since April 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they held multiple roles. From January 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a System Engineer and Team Lead, responsible for managing standard configurations and deploying updates for macOS and iOS devices. Matthew also managed network printers and maintained a relationship with print vendors. Before that, from January 2017 to December 2019, they served as an IT Specialist, specializing in JAMF administration and printer management.

Before their time at Success Academy Charter Schools, Matthew worked as a Desktop Support at Sunrise Securities LLC from October 2009 to March 2014. Matthew also worked as an Information Technology Desktop Support at SIGNET INVESTMENT ADVISORY GROUP, INC. from October 2008 to June 2009. Additionally, they gained experience as a Technical Project Coordinator at Hasbro from January 2008 to September 2008.

Matthew Wertheimer earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English from Connecticut College, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Jamf, including Casper-Certified Engineer in September 2017, Casper-Certified Admin in February 2017, and Casper-Certified Technician in February 2015.
