Dr. Olaf Koglin

Dr. Olaf Koglin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2004, they started as a Senior Legal Counsel at Capgemini, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they joined Accenture's Legal Department for Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. In 2010, Dr. Koglin moved to Springer Science+Business Media, serving as the Legal, Compliance, and Konzerndatenschutzbeauftragter until 2012. Dr. Olaf then joined Axel Springer SE as the Chief Cookie Officer, a position they held until 2020. In 2019, Dr. Koglin co-founded PrivacyNow, where they worked until 2020. Dr. Olaf then joined upday in 2020, initially as Director Legal & HR and later as the Prokurist and Director of Legal & Operations. Additionally, Dr. Koglin served as a Mentor at APX in 2018. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of LegalCheck, a position they have held since 2022.
