David Freeman

David Freeman has over 8 years of professional work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. David began their career in 2013 as an Agile Coach and Automation Testing Trainer at the State of Ohio EPA. In 2014, they took on two positions as a Lead QA Automation Designer at McGraw-Hill Education and a QA Automation Lead Coach Engineer at Centric Consulting. In 2015, they became the Lead Quality Assurance Automation Developer at The Wendy's Company, where they were responsible for measuring and managing transaction data and system performance, developing and implementing testing strategies, and managing and training 8 automation developers. In 2016, they became an Automation QA Engineer at IGS Energy. In 2017, they were a QA Manager at Sogeti. In 2019, they worked as a QA Manager at Manifest Solutions and a QA Lead at PriorAuthNow. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Quality Assurance Lead at Battelle, and in 2021 they moved to Updox as a Software QA Manager.

David Freeman attended Westerville North before obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Otterbein University between 1999 and 2003. David also received a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Otterbein between 2000 and 2003. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from scrum.org.
