Anila Anna

Anila Anna has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2001, they started working as a Senior SME at Iseva Systems Private Limited, where they stayed until 2004. Anila then joined Mphasis as a Senior SME and Assistant Manager from 2004 to 2011, before being promoted to the position of Manager until 2013. In 2014, Anila moved on to work as a Human Resources Consultant at Kelp HR, where they stayed until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Head of People Practices at Propellor.ai. Currently, Anila holds the position of Chief of Staff at Upekkha, starting in July 2022.

Anila Anna's education history begins with their completion of an Executive MBA program in Zero to One & Scaling Startups at Stoa in 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Anila attended the Institute for Generative Leadership, Asia, where it is unclear whether they obtained a degree, but they focused on Creating Excellence in Organizations. Continuing further back, from 2000 to 2003, Anila pursued and successfully completed a BBM degree in Business Management at Al-Ameen Institute of Management Studies. Earlier, in April 2020, Anila completed the Product Marketing Foundations course, and in December 2018, they obtained certification in Organizational Culture, both at LinkedIn.
