Jessica Marciano

Jessica Marciano has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica started their career as a Front End Supervisor at Bass Pro Shops in August 2005 and worked in that role until January 2013. Jessica then transitioned to the role of a Scheduling Specialist at the same company and worked in that position until February 2015.

In December 2014, Jessica joined uPerform as a Human Resources Specialist and worked in that role until March 2017. Jessica then progressed to the position of a Human Resources Generalist at uPerform, where they worked from March 2017 to March 2020.

From March 2020 to the present, Jessica has served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at uPerform. Jessica'sresponsibilities in this role include driving user adoption and improving user proficiency with mission-critical technology investments through effective training and support.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong understanding of human resources and has gained valuable experience in various roles within the field.

Jessica Marciano attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Jessica also obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Specialist in ADP Workforce Now® from ADP in June 2021.
