Jim Pavlik

Jim Pavlik is a Partner in the Venture Capital Group at Baird Capital, where a focus is placed on early and growth stage investments in the B2B software and tech-enabled services sectors, with tenure starting in July 2003. In addition, Jim serves as a Board Member for several companies, including ModelOp, NowSecure, Hireology, Tracer, Upfront Healthcare Services, Forj, Vodori, and Parallax. Previously, Jim held a Board Member position at Coalfire from February 2011 to April 2020. Jim received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2001-2003) and a BA in Economics from Duke University (1992-1996).
