Nikhil Dixit

Nikhil Dixit is an experienced Program Manager at upGrad, where responsibilities include leading programs in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, contributing to 30% of overall company revenue since August 2020. Prior to this role, Nikhil served as Associate Program Manager and Chief Minister's Fellow at the Government of Maharashtra from October 2017 to May 2020, successfully leading an initiative that streamlined construction permit processes in Mumbai, realizing savings of approximately INR 4 crores. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Manager at Kalyani Forge from June 2014 to December 2016, where Nikhil established and executed strategic vision for the IC Engine product line, generating annual revenue of INR 150 crores. Nikhil holds a B.E. in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an Advance Diploma in Tool and Die Making from Indo German Tool Room.
