Pramath Raj Sinha

Pramath Raj Sinha is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in founding and directing various educational initiatives and organizations. Currently serving as President of upGrad and as Founder of The Naropa Fellowship and the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, Sinha has also held the position of Founder & Director at 9.9 Group Pvt Ltd and Founder & Trustee at Ashoka University. Previously, Sinha was the Founder & Chairman of Harappa Education and Founding Provost of Anant National University. Sinha's career includes a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company as a Principal and leadership roles at ABP Pvt Ltd as MD & CEO and Indian School of Business as Founding Dean. Sinha holds a PhD and MSE in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
