Avia Kay

Avia Kay currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Upgrade, Inc., since July 2017, overseeing customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and revenue growth across all products and channels. Prior to this role, Avia held various marketing leadership positions at LendingClub from October 2011 to July 2017, including Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Borrower Marketing. Avia also worked at OneMain Financial, where responsibilities included managing growth in digital marketing channels and serving as Director of Internet Marketing & Business Development from June 2001 to October 2011. Avia began a marketing career as an Internet Marketing Analyst and progressed through roles such as Affiliate Marketing Manager and Internet Marketing Product Manager. Avia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Stevenson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from Villa Julie College.
