Rick Wagner

Rick Wagner, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Operational Accounting at Upgrade, Inc. since July 2021, following a tenure as Manager of Portfolio Accounting. Prior to Upgrade, Rick held positions at RSM US LLP from November 2016 to July 2021, advancing from Assurance Senior Associate to Assurance Supervisor.
