Stephanie Ung

Stephanie Ung is a Senior Technical Sourcer at Upgrade, Inc., a role commenced in September 2021 after successfully sourcing Principal Backend Engineers during her tenure at Sourcinc. This position marked several milestones, including work with a US-based company, full remote onboarding, and expanding sourcing efforts beyond North America. Prior to Upgrade, Stephanie worked as a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Expert at Sourcinc, where a transformative experience shifted her perspective on recruitment. Stephanie began her career in the recruitment industry at S.i. Systems, where Stephanie served as a Senior Recruiter and initially as a Recruiter, developing a passion for connecting professionals with meaningful work. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ryerson University.
