Cleone Hilborne has a robust background in facilities management and administration, currently serving as the Facilities Manager at Upham Inns since February 2013. Prior to this role, Cleone held positions at King Edward VI School in Southampton as a Sports/Office Administrator from April 2010 to February 2013, and as an Exams Officer at Swanmore College of Technology from September 2006 to April 2010. Earlier experience includes a role as Telesales Manager at Coca Cola Schweppes from January 1993 to December 1995. Cleone's education was completed at The Robert Manning School in Bourne.

The Upham Group is the south of England’s fastest growing pub company. We own a growing family of pubs and inns across Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex and Wiltshire with plans to increase the portfolio.
