Jessica Spreadbury has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Upham Pub Group since October 2013 in various roles, including Marketing & Operational Support Administrator, Assistant Manager, and Assistant Bar Manager. Skill development includes banking, cash management, shift management, reservations, and customer correspondence. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Supervisor at The George and Falcon Warnford from November 2009 to September 2013, where responsibilities included training new staff, conducting fire assessments, managing staff rotas, and stepping in for the manager as needed, fostering a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment. Jessica Spreadbury completed education at Kings School Winchester from 2004 to 2009.

The Upham Group is the south of England’s fastest growing pub company. We own a growing family of pubs and inns across Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex and Wiltshire with plans to increase the portfolio. We choose pubs with character and charm, predominantly in country locations, that have suffered from a lack of investment and care. We then improve, reinvigorate and upgrade them to bring them to life in a way that locals and visitors alike really appreciate.
