Uphams Corner Health Center
Maria Figueroa has been a patient of the health center for 40 years and was elected to serve on the board in 2017. Her affiliation with the health center spans generations beginning with her parents, children, and now her grandchildren.
Maria started working at the health center in 1984 as a receptionist, and worked her way up to an accounts payable clerk. She left the health center in 2012 and now works in the Business Office for the Match Charter School. She resides in Dorchester and has always been very proud of her health center.

Uphams Corner Health Center
Upham’s Corner Health Center (UCHC) provides comprehensive medical, dental, pediatric, vision, and urgent care services to the residents of North Dorchester and its surrounding neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts. UCHC also operates a Home Healthcare program and a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) with inclusive health services for older adults at three dedicated PACE Centers and in-home care.
