Sarah Conca has extensive experience in nutrition and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Public Policy for the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since January 2011 and as a Senior Nutritionist at Upham's Community Care since November 2015. Previous roles include Public Policy Research Assistant for the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Clinical Dietitian at Yale New Haven Hospital. Additionally, Sarah held a board position with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Political Action Committee. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in French & Italian Language from Georgetown University, an MPA in Public Administration, and completion of the Didactic Program in Dietetics at New York University.

Upham’s Corner Health Center (UCHC) provides comprehensive medical, dental, pediatric, vision, and urgent care services to the residents of North Dorchester and its surrounding neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts. UCHC also operates a Home Healthcare program and a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) with inclusive health services for older adults at three dedicated PACE Centers and in-home care.
