Sarah Kennedy

Sarah Kennedy, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience since September 2016 at Uphams Corner Health Center. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Registered Nurse at Pager from May 2015 to August 2016 and gained valuable clinical exposure as an Advanced Practice Student Nurse at Columbia University School of Nursing from June 2013 to February 2016, including diverse settings such as adult primary care and pediatrics. Sarah's nursing education includes a Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practice and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing, along with a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Spanish Language from Trinity College-Hartford. Previous professional experience also includes roles in communications and admissions prior to transitioning into the nursing field.
