Mr. Moshe Bar-Siman-Tov. Upon the Closing of the Business Combination, Mr. Moshe Bar-Siman-Tov will serve as an independent director on our Board. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Bar-Siman-Tov was the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Health, where he was responsible for managing the budget and employees of the Ministry and various public hospitals. During the first phase of the COVID-19 pandemic in Israel, he was in charge of the national professional and medical response to the pandemic. Before the onset of the pandemic, as Director General, Mr. Bar-Siman-Tov oversaw the preparation of a strategic long-term plan for the Ministry of Health, promoted the digitalization of the health industry, and designed and led the recovery plan for Hadassah hospital and a merger of two other public hospitals. Prior to his role as Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Health, Mr. Bar-Siman-Tov served as the Economic Minister at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C. Mr. Bar-Siman-Tov holds a Masters Degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Economics and Business Administration. The Company believes that Mr. Bar-Siman-Tov is qualified to serve on the Board of Directors based on his extensive experience with healthcare regulatory issues.
