Bernie Miranda

Bernie Miranda has a diverse work experience in the field of internal audit and financial controls. Bernie began their career as an Internal Controls Consultant at Accountants International in 2009 and later joined EmblemHealth as a Senior Internal Controls Coordinator in 2010. In 2013, they worked as a SOX Consultant at RBS Markets and International Banking for a brief period. Bernie then joined Doral Bank in 2014 as a Senior SOX Associate. Bernie further advanced their career at AIG, where they served as an Audit Manager in the Corporate SOX/Financial Controls department from 2016 to 2020. Bernie's most recent roles include working as a Consultant in Internal Audit at Vaco from 2020 to 2021, and currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Uphold Inc. starting from 2021.
