Jean-Philippe da Silva

Jean-Philippe da Silva serves as the Customer Support Operations Manager at Uphold Inc. since March 2022. With extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles, Jean-Philippe previously held positions as Team Leader at Concentrix from December 2017 to March 2022 and various roles at Randstad, including Human Resources Assistant and Senior Customer Service Advisor, from January 2013 to December 2017.
