Cullen Davis has a diverse work experience. Cullen started in 2006 as the Chairman of the Board at Hallmark & Johnson Property Management services LLC. In 2010, they became a Partner at Daveri Development. Cullen then held roles as Chairman at Up Development, LLC in 2012 and Principal at UPA LLC in the same year. In 2015, they became Chairman and CEO of UPholdings. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Principal at Villa Management LLC.
Cullen Davis pursued their education at Grinnell College from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.

Since our founding as an affordable housing development and management company, we have grown and expanded. UPA, a property management company, and UP Development, a real estate development company, merged in 2010 to transform into the unified company that we are today. Our founders, co-owners Cullen J. Davis and Jessica Hoff Berzac, created this comprehensive real estate firm that is dedicated to creating, operating, and sustaining quality affordable housing in communities throughout the United States.
