Cosmin Cret

Cosmin Cret has extensive experience in design and related fields. Cosmin is currently the Head of Design at ShoutOut, a position they took on in 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Upkey starting in 2021. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Design at Fortyfive Tech, providing creative consultancy for companies and startups in areas such as UI/UX design, product design, and video production.

In 2021, Cret worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Yonder, where they played a critical role in project transition and initiated a redesign while also establishing a new design team.

Earlier in their career, Cret served as a Lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University from 2012 to 2020, teaching editing, project management, Transmedia, and providing support in social media/web management, events organizing, and video editing/production.

Cosmin also worked as a Creative Designer/UI/UX at PressOne Media and RomaniaOne from 2015 to 2020.

Cret started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2009, specializing in logo design, print design, front-end web development, video editing/production, project management, corporate identity, events, social media management, and web management.

Cosmin served as an Art Director at 4DMinistries from 2010 to 2015 and at New Hope International from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Desktop Publisher at New Hope International from 2000 to 2005.

Cret co-founded and served as an Art Director and managing partner at Brandstorm from 2005 to 2006.

Cosmin Cret obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Arts and Design, Cluj-Napoca. This educational journey spanned from 1997 to 2002. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued their Master's degree in Interactive Multimedia at the Facuty of Theatre and Television.
