Anurag Gupta

Anurag Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Head of Investor Relations at UPL since December 2019, Anurag has previously held roles such as Chief of Staff and Head of Global Financial and Business Analysis within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Grant Thornton LLP and various leadership positions in strategy and M&A at Air Works Group, where significant achievements included executing cross-border M&A deals and enhancing company profitability. Anurag's career began at EY and Ester Industries Limited, focusing on transaction advisory and market development, respectively. Anurag holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA from Jönköping International Business School, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
