Juan Sebastián Cervantes

Juan Sebastián Cervantes is an accomplished supply chain leader with extensive experience in managing complex operations across Latin America. Since March 2016, Cervantes has served as the Latam SCM Head and Director of Regional Supply Chain & Manufacturing at UPL, overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes for a $650 million business and managing seven manufacturing sites across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Prior to this role, Cervantes was the General Manager of UCPL in Barranquilla, handling manufacturing and operational functions. With a strong foundation in chemical engineering, Cervantes holds a degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a specialist certification from Universidad del Norte, and a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte. Cervantes has held significant management positions at Manufacturas Siliceas and Rohm and Haas, focusing on technology leadership and project management.
