Roy Russell

Roy Russell is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Global Regulatory Lead for Science & Data Generation at UPL since May 2019. Previously, Russell held the position of Global Manager for Bio/Chemistry Services and Human Exposure Scientist at Arysta LifeScience from January 2011 to April 2019. An academic background includes serving as an Adjunct Chemistry Instructor at Naugatuck Valley Community College from January 2007 to May 2014, as well as various technical roles at Chemtura Corporation, where responsibilities included Formulation Chemist, Residue Program Study Director, and Analytical Chemist from June 1998 to January 2011. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of New Haven, and an Associate of Science in Chemical Engineering Technology from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
