Rutuja Korlekar

Rutuja Korlekar is a Senior Intellectual Property Specialist at UPL, with experience since May 2017 in creating IP assets for the organization in chemicals, formulations, and biologicals. Previously, Rutuja held the position of Assistant Manager, focusing on patentability searches, technology landscapes, and patent portfolio management in the agrochemicals field. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Associate at Evalueserve, where Rutuja conducted patent analyses and competitive intelligence studies, and as a Trainee Food Technologist at General Mills, managing food test reports and analyzing data. Rutuja holds a Master of Technology in Agricultural Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, and a Master of Science in Life Sciences from Ramnarain Ruia College, alongside a Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
