Varun Seth is an experienced professional in supply chain management and planning, currently serving as the Regional S&OP Lead for Europe at UPL since May 2017, overseeing sales and operations planning as well as AI planning initiatives. Prior roles include Regional Supply Planner and Global Planner - Active Ingredients at UPL, and Supply Planning Manager at Nykaa, where Varun managed supply/demand planning and strategic sourcing for the Nykaa Private Label. Varun began a career in supply chain management as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Suri Shoes Pvt Ltd. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Production & Industrial Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth and early schooling at Sheiling House School in Kanpur.
