Youssef ES-SAOUDI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Sub-Regional Head for North Africa, Egypt, and Sudan at UPL since April 2014, where responsibilities include ensuring long-term business sustainability and establishing UPL as a market leader in the region. Previously, Youssef held significant roles such as Country Manager for North, West, and Central Africa, achieving remarkable results by doubling regional business revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA within five years. Youssef's previous experience includes serving as Sales Director at Groupe Premium and as Sales & Technical Director at Calimaroc, where expertise in team leadership, business strategy, and pesticide registration was developed.
