Shawn Freligh

Shawn Freligh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product management and technical operations within the software industry. Currently serving as SVP & GM of the Upland Content Lifecycle Automation business unit at Upland Software, Shawn focuses on automating digital business processes through innovative solutions incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Omtool, LTD, including VP of Product Management & Solutions, where responsibilities included managing pre-sales teams and overseeing strategic corporate initiatives. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at HoustonStreet, Inc. and gentriqs, AG, as well as project management with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Sociology from Franklin Pierce University.
