Andrea Lorenzini

Andrea Lorenzini's work experience includes the following roles:

- Chief People Officer at uPlanner since January 2023.

- People and Culture Manager at uPlanner from April 2018 to January 2023. In this role, they developed and reviewed internal policies and procedures, advised the business on various people-related issues, implemented methods for talent development and attraction, and designed and managed uPlanner's People Plan.

- Gestor de Selección at BBVA Chile from December 2015 to April 2018. Here, they managed the internal mobility project, administered and coordinated the recruitment and selection process for the bank's branches, and handled relationships with external selection service providers.

- Talent Management Analyst at ENGIE Chile from May 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they conducted profile assessments, managed the recruitment and selection process, and published job postings internally and externally.

- Researcher at DNA Human Capital from September 2013 to May 2014. Andrea provided materials such as short and long lists and market mapping, conducted candidate searches, and participated in client calls and profile definition meetings.

- Psychologist for HR Special Projects at E-CL S.A. from January 2012 to August 2013. Andrea implemented improvements in recruitment and selection processes, participated in mass job fairs, and coordinated and participated in recruitment and selection processes.

Andrea Lorenzini pursued their education at various institutions and obtained several degrees and certifications. Andrea completed their Bachelor's degree in Psicología del Trabajo at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2006 to 2011. During that time, they also pursued a Minor in Gestión y Marketing, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Andrea then continued their studies at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and obtained a Master's degree in Psicología de las Organizaciones, specializing in Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, from 2011 to 2012.

In 2018, they enrolled in a Diplomado en Dirección de Personas, Mención Desarrollo Organzacional y Liderazgo program at the Postgrado de la Escuela de Ingeniería - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which they completed in 2019. Andrea also completed a Curso de Postítulo Gestion por Competencias at Universidad de Chile.

In terms of certifications, Andrea obtained a Diplomado en Dirección de Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo Organizacional from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2018. Andrea also completed a Curso de Postítulo Gestion por Competencias at the Universidad de Chile, Santiago, in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Innovación en HR y People Analytics from Universidad Andrés Bello in January 2022.
