Subhayan Chanda

Subhayan Chanda is a professional with a focus on human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Junior Specialist in HR Projects and previously as a Jr. Executive in People & Culture at Uplers since October 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Human Resources Trainee in Organizational Development at CARS24, where responsibilities involved managing training operations across multiple states, creating training reports, and developing custom training programs for business requirements.
