Kellie VavRosky

Kellie VavRosky has a wealth of experience in the financial and executive sectors. Kellie began their career as the Chief Financial Officer at Galois, Inc. in 2014, where they developed and drove strategy for the professional services operation and enabled start-up success for the company's SaaS-based spin-out companies. In 2015, they took on the role of Principal Consultant for a Venture/PE Backed Financial Executive, providing executive-level advice on operational and cost optimization, cash flow forecasting/runway, and strategic equity planning. Kellie also served as the Board Director and Audit Committee Chair for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committees for Kompanion Bank, and Board Director for Uplevel Systems Inc. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Dealer Spike LLC, where they executed a plan to move to liquidity through acquisition within a defined short time-frame. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Vice President and Interim CFO of Silvergate Bank, overseeing the bank's initial public offering. In 2020, they returned to the role of Principal Consultant for a Venture/PE Backed Financial Executive, transitioning to create a cash forecasting tool and managing the PPP loan process, including full forgiveness in 2020. Most recently, they joined Stormlight Holdings LLC as their Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and is currently serving as a Board Advisor for Rock Paper Coin.

Kellie VavRosky obtained their MBA in International Business from Portland State University between 1995 and 1997. Kellie then went on to obtain a BA in Business and Economics from Oregon State University. In June 2011, they obtained a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification from the Association for Financial Professionals.
