Jennifer Marshall

Jennifer Marshall is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in elementary education, currently serving as the Grade Level Chair and 2nd Grade Teacher at Uplift Education since July 2019. Jennifer's role involves maintaining a positive school culture, developing engaging lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues to address student issues. Prior to this, Jennifer was a 1st Grade Resident Teacher, completing a highly competitive residency program with significant practical teaching experience. Jennifer's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as Team Leader at City Year, where responsibilities included coaching and supporting Student Success Coaches and managing relationships with school administration. Jennifer also has experience in safety inspection with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and leadership roles in various educational initiatives, including literacy programs. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Education from Agnes Scott College.
