Here at UPLIFT, we exist for teens. As our youth struggles with mental health and our world suffers from disconnection, a solution is needed now more than ever. We are here to share ours. UPLIFT Youth Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides youth with the tools of movement, mindfulness, and peer connection to support their wellbeing, create community, and nurture growth.
