Traci Oberman

Traci Oberman, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent position is Head of Human Resources at Uplift Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Uplift Inc. starting in January 2018. In 2011, Traci established their own HR consulting service, T.E.O. Human Resources Consulting Services, where they attracted clients from various industries such as semiconductor, solar, aerospace, automotive, and SaaS. During the same period, they also held the position of Chair of the Personnel Board at the City of Sunnyvale. Traci's previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Office Management at Calisolar, Inc./Silicor Materials, and Director of Human Resources and Facilities at SideStep, Inc. and Pixim, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Office Management, and Facilities at ATI Research and Chromatic Research. Traci began their career in 1988 as an Operations Manager at Personal Computing Tools. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee development, benefits management, and HR consulting.

Traci Oberman, SPHR completed their degree in Speech Communication at San Diego State University. Traci also pursued further education in SPHR & HRM at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
