Donna Geva

Donna Geva currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Uplifted, focusing on business development and customer success initiatives. In addition, Donna holds a partnership position at People@Work Innovation Collective. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Gloat, where Donna held roles including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Global VP of Customer Success, successfully scaling the Customer Success team and managing strategic initiatives. Donna's prior roles at WalkMe™ and Wall Street English involved managing customer success teams and implementing successful renewal strategies. Academically, Donna holds an MBA in Information Technology from the Technion, and two master's degrees—one in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from The Hebrew University and another in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Haifa.
