Fawn Hendershott

Fawn Hendershott RN, BSN, MBA, CHPN is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and education. Currently serving as Executive Director and Clinical Staff Educator at UpliftedCare since September 2015, Fawn provides essential education and supervision to clinical staff while managing the education program budget. Previous roles include Nurse Team Leader, where responsibilities included supervising nursing teams and mentoring, and Nurse Case Manager, focusing on patient advocacy and care management. Fawn also has a background as a Registered Nurse at Riverside Medical Center and as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Provena St. Mary’s Hospital.
