Cindy Schweitzer

Cindy Schweitzer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development across several organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Uplight since October 2020, Cindy leads account teams that manage a portfolio with a total ARR value exceeding $200 million through multi-year Master Agreements. Prior to Uplight, Cindy held roles including Vice President of Customer Solutions at E Source, where revenue growth initiatives were implemented, and Senior Director of Business Development at CLEAResult, focusing on reclaiming market share and improving operational issues. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at WECC, Cuna Mutual Group, and Lands' End, each contributing to significant organizational transformations and revenue enhancements. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
