Jane Xie

Jane Xie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, corporate development, and brand management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Corporate Development at Uplight, Jane Xie played a pivotal role as M&A Commercial Lead in the acquisition of AutoGrid, focusing on due diligence, valuation, and synergies analysis. Previously, as Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Uplight, Jane Xie facilitated strategic planning for a C-level team, resulting in a comprehensive business transformation strategy. Jane Xie's experience also includes managing a significant innovation P&L at General Mills, where responsibilities encompassed leading margin improvements across a large portfolio. Prior roles at Accenture involved strategic program management and consulting across various areas, including organizational governance, digital strategy, and analytics. Jane Xie holds an MBA in General Management and Sustainability from the University of Michigan and a BS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University, complemented by additional education at Sciences Po Strasbourg.
