Kentaro Endo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Uplight since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kentaro held various positions at KEYENCE CORPORATION from 2004 to 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Human Resources Manager.
