Laura Percy

Laura Percy is a seasoned professional in development and asset management with extensive experience in both the property and aviation sectors. Currently serving as Development Director at LandsecU+I since February 2023, Laura previously held the role of Head of Development at Bruntwood SciTech from July 2020 to February 2023, where the focus was on fostering environments for science and technology firms. Prior to that, Laura worked at Swire Properties in various senior positions, including Senior Development Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager in Hong Kong, overseeing significant real estate investments and asset management. Laura's experience also includes multiple roles at Cathay Pacific Airways, where responsibilities spanned commercial development across several regions and leadership in various managerial capacities. Laura holds an MChem from Durham University and has completed advanced management programs at INSEAD.
