Lloyd Preston-Allen

Lloyd Preston-Allen is a Project Manager specializing in Regeneration and Place at LandsecU+I since May 2023, with prior experience as Design Lead and Project Manager in the regeneration sector at Landsec from February 2021 to May 2023. As a board member of the Young Architects & Developers Alliance (YADA) since January 2020, Lloyd advocates for collaboration between architects and developers to enhance the built environment. Key projects include mixed-use urban regeneration developments such as The Old Soapworks in Bristol and Milton Keynes Gateway. Prior to these roles, Lloyd served as Development Manager at First Base Limited and gained diverse international experience while traveling and volunteering with the Pachamama Alliance.
