Jan Kubena

Jan Kubena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and production management within the self-adhesive materials industry. Currently serving as Country Manager at UPM Raflatac since August 2008, Jan oversees sales efforts in the Czech and Slovak markets. Previously, as Technical Sales Manager at the same company, Jan focused on training customers, supporting special sales initiatives, and developing new projects across Central and South-East Europe. Prior roles include Production Manager & Sales at NSD International CZ, where responsibilities included production planning and supplier negotiations, and Manager of Sales Abrasives at Best - Business, a.s., specializing in the sale of abrasive materials. Jan holds a diploma in Economics and Finance from Národohospodářská škola Boskovice VOŠ and a diploma in Economics and Management from SSOŠŽ Boskovice.
