Aleix Falgas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business control and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Control in the Graphics sector at UPM, Aleix is responsible for P&L management, performance improvement, and strategy execution, along with leading M&A integration projects. With a career spanning over two decades at UPM Raflatac in various senior management roles, Aleix has focused on sectors including Wine & Spirits, Beverage, Pharma, and Industrial End Uses, contributing to profitability enhancement and strategic analysis. Aleix's experience also includes involvement in global agile analytics initiatives, financial project management, and the implementation of SAP systems, complemented by a solid educational background with degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and further education at the Stockholm School of Economics.
