Antti Sopanen

Antti Sopanen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and infrastructure. Currently a Senior Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company since 2010, Antti oversees the IT Contract Lifecycle process and serves as the SAP Platform Owner, managing various SAP platforms. Previously held roles include Head of IT Supply Management and Head of IT Strategic Development Projects, leading initiatives in vendor management and service delivery optimization. With a solid foundation at UPM-Kymmene Oyj from 2003 to 2010 as Global IT Manager for Servers & Storage and Manager of Global Datacenter Services, Antti has overseen multimillion Euro contracts and a large team of IT experts. Earlier career experience includes roles at UPM-Kymmene and IBM, focusing on ERP infrastructure and support for IBM technologies. Antti holds a BSc in Computer Technology from Kotka Polytechnic.
