Johanna Keskinen

Johanna Keskinen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on HR processes, employee relations, and rewards management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Rewards at UPM - The Biofore Company since August 2020, Johanna previously held the position of Global Mobility and Rewards Specialist at Cargotec from May 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, Johanna worked as an HR Partner at Fortum from June 2012 to May 2017, providing guidance and coaching to managers on HR issues to support business objectives. Johanna's HR expertise was further developed at Airpro Oy, where responsibilities included HR management for Finnish airports from January 2009 to May 2012. Johanna holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Management, from the University of Tampere, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
