Akshay Singh

Akshay Singh is an experienced HR professional with a focus on payroll operations and rewards management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in HR Ops and Rewards at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs since February 2023, Akshay previously held the position of Payroll Specialist at Philips from September 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing payroll, compliance, and accounting for Philips entities across Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Akshay's career includes significant roles at Ericsson, including Senior Manager in the Center of Excellence for Talent, Performance, and Benefits, where leadership in payroll team management and collaboration with accounting teams was key.
