Kaisu Lehtinen

Kaisu Lehtinen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in employer branding and corporate communications. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Employer Brand at UPM - The Biofore Company since August 2010, Kaisu has led global employer branding initiatives, fostering collaboration with educational institutions and students. Previous roles include Communications Manager and Specialist positions both at UPM and Nokia, where responsibilities spanned marketing communications, media relations, and change management support. Kaisu’s career began with an internship at Taloussanomat and included expatriate management at Nokia during a time in China. Kaisu holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
