Mikko Torkkeli

Mikko Torkkeli has extensive experience in sales and operations planning within the paper industry, currently serving as Director of Sales & Operations Planning for multiple product lines at UPM since November 2013. Previously, Mikko held various leadership roles within UPM, including Director of Supply and Customer Service for Continental Europe and Director of Customer Service for Central Europe. With a strong focus on supply chain management, Mikko has been responsible for the oversight of supply chain operations across numerous paper machines, ensuring efficient production and logistics processes. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, along with additional studies at Henley Business School and Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics.
