Santiago Tucci

Santiago Tucci has extensive experience in automation and instrumentation, currently serving as Automation and Instrumentation Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company since December 2009, where responsibilities include maintenance contract management and coordination of approved investments in the production plant. Santiago is also a co-founder of BOXIT, a unique self-storage company in Uruguay that offers flexible storage solutions through modular boxes. In addition, Santiago has played a significant role in education as a teacher in the technical career of instrumentation and control at UTU since 2013, designing courses tailored to industry needs. Prior experience includes roles as Planning and Development Engineer at Botnia and various engineering positions at Electroquímica S.A. Santiago holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de la República and is an Executive MBA candidate at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral.
